Work plan reports turn the work plan record into documents staff can use for bidding, specifications, change orders, bid analysis, and contractor payment requests.

Reports Menu

The Work Plan Summary page includes a Reports menu.

Available report actions can include:

• Work Specifications
• Change Order
• Request for Bid
• Contractor Payment Request
• Detail Bid Analysis

Work Specifications

Use Work Specifications when you need a scope document based on the work plan items.

The popup asks for:

• Contractor, optional
• Contact, required

Use the contractor field when the specifications are being generated for a specific contractor or awarded scope. Leave it blank when the document should show the general work plan scope.

Request For Bid

Use Request for Bid when preparing a bid packet.
