Lifecycle Milestones

The Work Plan Summary and Detail pages track these milestones:

• Assigned
• Specs Required
• Specs Complete
• Job Awarded
• Construction
• Completed

These dates are operational signals. Keep them accurate so dashboards, reports, and follow-up work reflect the real project status.

Statuses

Common work plan statuses include:

• Pending: The work plan is active but not yet in construction or complete.
• Construction: The job is in construction.
• Completed: The work has been completed.
• Withdrawn: The work plan was withdrawn.
• Closed: The work plan is closed.
• Cancelled: The work plan was cancelled.

Your agency may use some statuses more than others depending on workflow.
