Use this page before opening individual funding records when you need a fast answer about program capacity or project budget pressure.

What the Dashboard Shows

The top metrics summarize:

• Total Active Program Funds: active award funds plus leveraged funds.
• Active Project Budgets: total budgets assigned to active projects.
• Available To Assign: program funds minus project budgets.
• Active Programs: count of currently active programs.

Top Active Programs

The Top Active Programs table shows the largest active programs by total funds.

Review these columns:

• Program: program ID and name.
• Total Funds: award plus leveraged dollars.
• Project Budgets: budget already assigned to projects.
• Remaining: total funds less project budgets.
• Projects: active project count.
• Status: Active or Over assigned.

Click a program row to open its Program Utilization dashboard.

Needs Attention

The Needs Attention area lists programs where project budgets exceed active program funds.
