The Contractor List is the starting point for finding, opening, and creating contractor records.
Always search before adding a new contractor. Duplicate contractor records can split bid history, payment history, documents, and insurance tracking.
The Contractor List shows:
The Business column may show the city and state when available.
Use search to find contractors by business name, contractor name, ID, specialty, or other indexed fields.
If you are not sure whether a contractor exists, search by partial business name first, then by contractor last name or phone number.
