Spec Templates are available in the Work Plan builder when creating a new Work Plan.

Use this workflow when the rehab scope includes common line items already maintained in the template library.

Add From Spec Templates

On a new Work Plan, open Work Items and click Spec Templates.

The Add From Spec Templates dialog lets you:

• Search spec templates.
• Review template ID, description, division, and default cost.
• Select one or more templates.
• Add selected templates to the draft Work Plan.

After Adding Templates

CDM creates draft Work Items from the selected templates.

Review each row in the builder:

• Line number
• Description
• Units / quantity
• Unit
• Unit cost
• Estimated total

Use the pencil action for full edit when a line needs more detail.
