Spec templates help Rehab Specialists build consistent work plan scope without rewriting standard rehabilitation language every time.
When To Use Spec Templates
Use spec templates when:
- The work matches a common repair or construction category.
- Standard wording, unit type, cost defaults, or division information already exists.
- You want bids and reports to use consistent language.
- The scope has compliance or program wording that should not be recreated from memory.
Adding Templates
From the new Work Plan builder, open Spec Templates.
Search for the needed template.
Select one or more templates and add them to the work plan.
CDM creates work items from the selected templates.
What Template Information Carries Forward
When a template is added, CDM can bring over:

- Spec memo or detailed scope language
- Spec division number
