Work plan inspections help staff schedule and track field verification tied to a specific rehabilitation scope.

When To Schedule An Inspection

Schedule an inspection when:

• Initial conditions need field verification.
• Work progress needs review.
• A draw or contractor payment requires inspection support.
• Completion needs confirmation.
• A reinspection is needed after failed or incomplete work.

Inspection Access

Inspection scheduling may depend on partner portal and field inspection features being enabled for the account.

If inspections are disabled, CDM shows a message explaining which feature is missing.

Schedule Inspection

From the Work Plan Summary page, choose Schedule Inspection.

Complete:

• Inspection Type
• Scheduled Date
• Priority
• Inspector
• Staff Notes

Inspection Type is required. Priority and Inspector are also required in the scheduling workflow.
