Purpose

The application review page is where staff review the submitted resident application, uploaded documents, requests, signature evidence, decisions, and CDM conversion options.

Header

The header shows:

• Application template/program name.
• Applicant name.
• Applicant email.
• Current status.
• Submitted or resubmitted date.

Review Summary

The side panel shows:

• Assigned reviewer.
• Open request count.
• Document count.
• Updated date.

Staff can assign or change the reviewer while the application is in an active review status.

Application Answers

The Application Answers section shows resident-provided data grouped by application step. Sensitive values such as SSN are masked.

Review answers for completeness, consistency, eligibility, and obvious identity issues before making a decision.
