The Resident Portal is your secure online connection to your local housing or community development program. The features you see depend on the services your agency has enabled.

What you can do in the Resident Portal

Depending on your agency and program, you can use the Resident Portal to:

• Submit and track program applications.
• Upload documents requested as part of an application.
• Review application status and follow-up items.
• Communicate with program staff through the application process.
• View linked loan information and payment history when loan access is enabled.
• Make an online payment or use a payment link when online payments are enabled for your agency and loan.

Signing in or creating an account

Open the Resident Portal link provided by your agency. The portal will display your agency's name and branding.

If you already have an account:

1. Select Sign in.
2. Complete the secure sign-in process.
3. After signing in, you will be returned to your agency's Resident Portal.

If you are new to the portal:

1. Select Create account.
2. Follow the secure account creation steps.
3. Sign in to continue to the Resident Portal.

Your Resident Portal account is separate from any CDM staff account. Portal access only provides access to information and services associated with you and your agency.
