CDM includes report metadata that helps implementation and support staff understand migration and QA status.
A migrated report has a modern CDM implementation or route.
Some reports are grouped modern entries that cover multiple legacy report IDs.
Reports may have QA statuses such as:
QA labels are visible to God Mode users.
Needs QA means the report exists but still needs review against legacy samples, business expectations, or migrated data.
QA Passed means the report has been reviewed enough to remove the Needs QA marker based on the current tracker and evidence.
Not Started means report QA work has not been completed.
The internal legacy report mapping tracker is the source of truth for legacy-to-modern report migration and QA notes.
The tracker records report families, legacy IDs, source/report sample references, implementation notes, and migration guidance.
For ordinary users, QA status is usually informational.
For implementation staff, QA status should guide which reports need validation before relying on them for formal deliverables.
