Property Documents

Use property documents for files that apply specifically to the property.

Examples include:

• Insurance documents
• Property photos
• Inspection support
• Ownership or site documentation
• Hazard or lead-related documentation
• Property-specific correspondence

Open Property Documents

From a property workspace, open the Documents tab to view or upload property-level files.

The Property List may show a document badge and quick action for opening documents or uploading a document.

Photos and Attachments

Property photos and attachments may appear in the property workspace and Summary page.

Use photos and attachments to keep visual context with the property, such as:

• Exterior photos
• Interior condition photos
• Repair evidence
• Inspection-related photos
