Properties in CDM represent the physical addresses connected to client rehabilitation, loan, inspection, tenant, and work plan activity.
A property usually belongs to a client record and becomes the anchor for loans, work plans, inspections, documents, photos, and compliance information.
What the Properties Module Is Used For
Use the Properties module to:
- Find property records
- Review property status and linked records
- Track address, property type, unit, and construction details
- Maintain insurance information
- Track compliance and risk items
- Navigate to loans, work plans, tenants, documents, and photos
- Review setup progress from property to loan to work plan
Where Properties Appear
Properties can be opened from:
- Modules -> Properties
- A client record's Properties tab
- Related loan or work plan workflows
When opened from a client record, staff can add new properties for that client.
