Projects are funding activity records under Programs. A project is the level where staff track specific local budgets, target areas, goals, and loan/work-plan funding assignments.

Use Projects when a Program needs separate activities, fiscal year allocations, target areas, or reporting units.

A Project requires:

• Project ID
• Program

Project Information

The Project Information section tracks:

• Project Name
• Project ID
• Fiscal Year
• Project Status
• Funding Type
• Target ID
• Target Area
• Loan Limit
• Beneficiaries
• Targeted Units

Funding Type can be Award Funds or Leveraged Funds.
