Programs are the top-level funding source records in CDM.

Create or edit a Program when the agency has a funding award, grant allocation, local funding pool, leveraged source, or reporting program that needs to be tracked separately.

Required Fields

A Program requires:

• Program ID
• Program Name

The Program ID is the short code staff will recognize in funding selections and reports. Keep it stable once the program is in use.

Program Information

The Program Information section tracks:

• Program ID
• Program Name
• Case Number
• Program Group
• Funding Source type
• Award Date
• Target Date
• Revised Target Date
• Program Income Fund
• Program Income Start Date

Funding Source type can be Federal, State, Local, or Private.
