Portal Config controls resident-facing and partner-facing portal setup for an account. It includes branding, contact information, legal links, readiness indicators, and portal entitlement visibility.
Some portal enablement settings are managed by Cursor Control staff.
Portal URL settings include:
The slug controls the portal URL and must use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. Non-staff account administrators may need Cursor Control support to change slug or display name.
Portal readiness shows whether resident and partner portal setup appears ready, degraded, or misconfigured. It may include expected host and WorkOS organization hints.
If readiness warnings appear, review the message and contact Cursor Control support if the setting is staff-managed.
Branding settings include:
Logo uploads support common image formats and have size limits. Use colors that match the agency's public-facing identity and maintain readability.
