Where Payments Appear

Use the loan workspace Payments area to review and record loan-level payment activity.

The payment history view can show:

• Manual payments
• Ledger adjustments
• Posted online payments
• Online refunds and returns
• Online reversal adjustments
• Escrow payment amounts when the loan uses escrow
• Running principal balance activity

What Payment Entry Updates

A saved payment can update several parts of a loan record:

• Principal balance
• Interest due
• Fee due
• Escrow received, when escrow is enabled
• Last payment received date
• Next payment due date
• Amount due
