Escrow in CDM tracks escrow-related balances, payment due dates, annual escrow analysis, projected disbursements, actual escrow activity, and annual escrow disclosure documents for loans that use escrow.

When Escrow Applies

A loan may have escrow enabled when the Escrow Account field is selected on the loan detail screen.

Escrow-related information may appear in:

• Loan Summary
• Loan List escrow due column
• Loan Escrow workspace
• Payments
• Reports
• Annual escrow disclosure documents
• Refinance workflows

Escrow Indicators

The Loan Summary header shows an Escrow indicator when the loan uses escrow.

Summary metrics may show:

• Escrow due
• Next escrow payment due
• Escrow payment amount
• Escrow balance

If these values look wrong, review the loan escrow setup and payment history before creating or updating an escrow analysis.
