CDM tracks these policy groups:

• Liability Insurance
• Lead Paint Insurance
• Bond
• Other Policy 1

For each policy, record as much of the following as available:

• Type, where applicable
• Company
• Agent
• Policy number
• Expiration date
• Company address or city/state/ZIP
• Phone
• Fax
• Amount

Licenses
