Generated workflow tasks are created automatically when CDM detects a matching record status or workflow stage.

When Tasks Generate

Workflow tasks can be generated from changes or saves on records such as:

• Client
• Loan
• Work Plan

Generation depends on account task settings and workflow task settings being enabled.

Generated Task Values

Generated tasks may include:

• Source or type set to Workflow
• Open status
• Normal or template-defined priority
• Due date based on due offset
• Required flag from the template
• Workflow stage code
• Task track
• Related record link
• Template reference when generated from a workflow template

Duplicate Prevention

CDM avoids creating duplicate workflow tasks for the same record, stage, and task title or template.
