Create a work plan when the rehabilitation project needs a defined scope, estimate, bidding record, inspection trail, and contractor payment tracking.
Before You Create The Work Plan
Confirm you are on the correct client, property, and loan.
Review:
- Program or funding source requirements
- Approved rehabilitation scope
- Property inspection notes
- Required lead-safe or accessibility work
- Whether a previous work plan can be used as a starting point
- Whether standard spec templates already exist for the work
Work Plan Information
When creating or editing the work plan, complete the core information:
- Name: Use a clear job name, such as Primary Rehab Scope, Emergency Roof Repair, or Phase 1 Repairs.
- Rehab Specialist: Assign the staff member responsible for coordinating scope, bids, inspections, and follow-up.
- Inspector: Assign the staff member or inspector responsible for field inspection activity.
- Job Estimate: Enter the current expected project estimate if available.
- Record Date: Use the date the work plan record is being established or received.
