Purpose

The Client Application Workspace is the staff workspace for a converted resident portal application linked to a CDM Client.

Use it to review the original submission, maintain staff-owned operational intake, manage workspace status, assign responsibility, and review application documents.

Application List on the Client

The Client Applications tab lists converted resident portal applications linked to the client. It shows:

• Application Type.
• Status.
• Submitted date.
• Reviewed date.
• Reviewer.
• Converted date.
• Source.
• Workspace status.
• Snapshot PDF.

Click a row to open the workspace.

Workspace Header

The workspace header shows applicant name, workspace status, resident email, template name, and template version.

Staff can update workspace status from the header.
