Purpose

The Bid dashboard gives staff a work-plan-level view of contractor bids, totals, award status, and reports.

Open it from the Work Plan workspace when you need to review all bids for a scope of work.

Header Context

The dashboard header shows the Work Plan context so staff can confirm they are reviewing bids for the correct job. This context includes the related client, property, loan, and Work Plan.

Summary Metrics

The dashboard summarizes:

• Total bids.
• Low bid.
• Work items.
• Awarded items.

Use these numbers as a quick check before awarding. If the low bid looks wrong, open the bid detail records and confirm each work item price was entered correctly.

Contractor Bids Table

The contractor bid table shows:

• Contractor.
• Bid amount.
• Sent date.
• Received date.
• Awarded status.
