What Applications Support
Applications help staff review resident portal submissions, request corrections, verify uploaded documents, make review decisions, and convert approved submissions into CDM client records.
Use Applications when an agency is using the resident portal application workflow.
Main Application Areas
Applications appear in two places:
- Account-level Applications queue: review submitted resident portal applications and follow-up requests.
- Client Applications tab: review converted resident portal applications linked to a specific client.
After conversion, staff use the Client Application Workspace to review original submission evidence and maintain staff-owned operational intake data.
Typical Application Lifecycle
- Resident starts or submits an application in the portal.
- Submitted applications appear in the staff Applications queue.
- Staff assign a reviewer if needed.
- Staff review application answers and required documents.
- Staff request more information, approve, waitlist, decline, or withdraw.
- If approved, staff create a new CDM Client or link a strong existing Client match.
- CDM creates or opens the Client Application Workspace for ongoing intake review.
- Staff complete operational intake and move the workspace forward.
