Purpose

The Applications queue is the account-level worklist for submitted resident portal applications and follow-up requests.

Open it when staff need to review new submissions, monitor resubmissions, assign reviewers, or manage waitlisted applications.

What the Queue Shows

The default queue shows:

• Applicant.
• Email.
• Program.
• Status.
• Submitted date.
• Applicant response date.
• Reviewer.
• Open requests.

Click a row to open the application review page.

Search

Use search to find applications by applicant, email, or program.

Filters

The queue supports filters for:

• Status.
• Program.
