Purpose

Application Builder manages resident portal application templates for an account. It controls template details, sections, fields, CDM field mappings, required documents, preview, publish, duplicate, and archive actions.

Use this tool carefully. Application template changes affect what residents submit and how staff review intake data.

Template List

The template list shows:

• Name.
• Status.
• Active.
• Portal Visible.
• Updated date.
• Actions.

Actions include Edit, Preview, Duplicate, Publish, and Archive.

Creating a Template

To create a template:

1. Enter a template name.
2. Optionally enter a description.
3. Choose New Template.
4. Continue setup in the builder.

New templates start inactive and not portal visible until configured.

Template Details
